How I helped refine the Excolo experience.

  • Similar to Excolo Aesthetics, I took charge of developing the concepts and strategies for our digital and event-driven campaigns. Given the different location and market, I had to tailor our approach to a new audience and competition. I collaborated with a strategist to refine our messaging and personas, ensuring they aligned with Excolo Medicine's unique services, such as Subscription-based Primary Care and Medical Weight Loss.

    I executed these campaigns and conducted thorough data-analysis, and performed monthly audits to continuously refine our strategies.

    This effort led to a successful launch, with our email campaigns achieving an average open rate of 73% and an 8% CTR within the first quarter.

  • At Excolo Medicine, I spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive content strategies. Initially, I was the sole content creator, producing a wide range of materials including emails, blogs, website content, social media posts, event materials, print assets, patient communications, and branding elements. My work involved creating graphics, shooting and editing photos and videos, writing copy and captions, and ensuring all content was consistent with our bran voice.

    To further refine our approach, we later hired a few contractors to assist with blog, email, campaign strategies, as well as photography and videography efforts. Despite this support, I remained the primary force behind content creation, crafting engaging and tailored materials.

    In all of my efforts, I wanted to make sure Excolo Medicine's messaging was unique and resonated with its specific audience, while still maintaining consistency with the overarching Excolo brand.

  • As the Chief Branding Officer at Excolo Medicine, I refined the Excolo Medicine brand to be distinct yet aligned with Excolo Aesthetics. I developed every aspect of the brand, including the logo, brand guide, social media strategy, emai strategy, and website. My research focused on successful Primary Care Clinics, Weight Loss Clinics, and medspas, to ensure we created a brand that fits in with the market but stands out in it's approach. Given the new state and audience, I crafted a brand strategy that addresses these unique needs while maintaining cohesion with the Excolo family. I also wanted to ensure we focused on inclusivity with all of our services, especially as a black-owned business.

    Since I was remote, I led and directed photoshoots and commercial shoots, working with contractors to capture the Excolo brand and deliver top quality assets to support each initiative.
