How I helped craft the Excolo experience.

From the very beginning of Excolo Aesthetics, I was in charge of developing concepts and strategies for digital and event-driven campaigns. In addition to all marketing efforts, I was also the content creator that collaborated with a strategist to develop personas, messaging, creative concepts, and an omnichannel strategy. Following all paid and organic campaigns, I conducted monthly audits, refining our messaging, personas and creatives.
Digital campaign results: 120% ↑, 320% ↑, and 200% ↑ in sales
Event campaign results: 140% ↑ and 100% ↑ in sales -
I developed and implemented comprehensive content strategies that spanned every aspect of our marketing efforts. For the majority of my time at Excolo, I was the sole content creator, producing everything from emails, blogs, and website content to social media posts, event materials, print assets, patient communications, and branding elements. My responsibilities included creating graphics, shooting and editing photos and videos, writing copy and captions, and ensuring all content aligned with our brand voice and goals.
We later brought on a contractor and intern to assist me with email, blog, and campaign strategies. However I remained the driving force behind content creation, continuously crafting compelling and engaging materials.
This holistic approach resulted in a 4x increase in the patient base within the first 6 months of operation.

As the Chief Branding Officer at Excolo Aesthetics, I concieved, created, executed, and implemented all patient communications assets, both print and digital. I developed everything brand-related from the ground-up, including the logo, brand guide, social media strategy, email strategy, and website. I thoroughly researched other medspas and successful medical brands, ensuring our focus remained on inclusivity and user-friendly assets.
I led and directed photoshoots, often taking the photos and videos myself as a self-taught photographer and editor.
My comprehensive approach to brand strategy ensured consistent and effective communications across all platforms, creating a cohesive and engaging brand experience for our patients.
